Apparently, the confirmation emails sent out during bookings, sometimes end up in guests’ junk folders. Please check that folder if you fail toreceive your booking confirmation from us.

Sometimes, the payment provider seems to glitch. Rather than giving up, give us a call and we’ll help you book!

We are continuously improving our products and any inconvenience solved, but there are other ways we can take your bookings in the unlikely event something goes wrong.
